I liked staying in a classical building. Continental breakfast, with jam, pastries, milk, fruit and bread. I had superior double room which was trendy, really nice bed. Good service and attention to detail, very honest staff.

we enjoyed our 2 nights here. central location, outdoor restaurant - personalised service. there were restaurants and bars close to the place. panoramic view of sea. it was a thoroughly enjoyable stay, you could leave a car onsite.

So ideal location, astonishing restaurant, courteous staff and exclusive decor. The food was incredible - I loved the full English breakfast. Elegant building, spotless and spacious bedroom. The service was absolutely hospitable.

The staff was willing to help, the breakfast was absolutely superb. Incredibly convenient location, at walking distance from storrs. Btw, went to city centre, located not too far away from the hotel. The superior queen room was warm enough and well cleaned.

Functional building, highly convenient location, exceptionally warm staff. They made my stay pleasant. I loved a very special decor and stylish furniture. The continental breakfast was varied and included fine jam, milk, fruit, pastries and breads.

We had 2 nights in Bowness-on-Windermere, it was a PERFECT experience. We enjoyed the convenience of the superior room, as well as a mini-fridge, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels and ironing facilities etc. We recommend the hotel to friends as its location was magnificent.
